Simple Healthy Life athletes and coaches are held to a higher standard. We expect each member to hold themselves to this standard. We embody sportsmanship, self discipline, and teamwork in all aspects of our lives. Our commitment to these values will guide us on our fitness journey

Coaches & Instructors

Our coaches hold national certificates in personal training, nutrition coaching  and yoga. More importantly we have over 15 years of hands on real world coaching experience. We are focused on helping each athlete work towards the best version of themselves. Our cross training and brain training techniques teach each athlete how to set goals, and what it means to relentlessly pursue those goals. Our aim is more than wins, losses or trophies, we aim to instill a long lasting love of athletics and fitness into every client. WE are Simple Healthy Life
